The existing brand lacked the dynamism and visual clarity needed to reflect the leave industry. The previous website and guideline no longer resonated with their target audience and failed to convey their core values of human-centred, inclusivity. The challenge was to reimagine their visual identity, blending with modern aesthetics, while ensuring the new look felt authentic and meaningful.

The project began with an in-depth exploration of the client’s values and mission through research and collaboration with their internal team. A human-centered design strategy was applied to create an identity that embodied empathy, inclusivity, familiarity. The focus was on refining color palette and typography that aligned with the company’s ethos. Consistency across all touchpoints—digital, print, and internal communications—was prioritized to establish a strong, unified presence.

The revitalized identity brought new life to Larkin’s brand, positioning it as a compassionate leader in Leave and Disability Management. This transformation not only enhanced external perception but also sparked renewed energy within the company, fostering pride and connection among the internal team.

Our collaboration has resulted in over 3 years of continued partnership, providing ongoing support for creative needs such as sales materials, product updates, and webinar promotions. The impact is measurable, with a 30% average open rate for emails, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new brand in engaging their audience.

Over the course of the Larkin rebrand project, I brought a dynamic blend of creativity and strategic design to elevate their brand identity. I meticulously refined the brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and modern aesthetic by fine-tuning elements such as the color palette, typography, and overall visual direction. Building on this foundation, I designed the new webpages to serve as a vibrant digital hub, seamlessly extending the refreshed look and feel across all assets. From Google Decks and PDFs to banners, reports, online portal and custom illustrations.
Every touchpoint was thoughtfully aligned to maintain consistency and impact.

Through regular weekly meetings over the span of three years, I fostered a strong, trust-based relationship with the client, enabling an ongoing collaboration that consistently delivered tailored, high-quality solutions to meet their evolving needs.
