In 2019, Telus still did not allow its users to register their payment cards to pay their bill(s).

This is why, in tandem with a UX designer, we have carried out several analyzes, research, created personas, various scenarios, and organized user tests in order to be able to build the designs and components of this new option.

The designs respect a very precise digital graphic charter and are always focusing on the accessibility of everyone.
